Toshiba Tec Poland is a part of the globally operating Toshiba TEC Corporation, working in various sectors of high-tech industries and being a leading provider of IT technology.
The challenge was to comply with the RODO regulations and reach 4 groups of decision-makers from 5 different regions of Poland with completely different communication. Image and personal data protection were a priority, so the campaign was conducted through LinkedIn, and the prepared databases were verified in two stages. We also prepared several versions of personalized communication patterns, dedicated to the board members, finance, administration, and IT. The campaign lasted 2 years.

BlueSoft
BlueSoft is an IT services provider with 1K–5K employees, specializing, among other areas, in Microsoft Azure and Power Platform solutions. The goal of the collaboration was to support sales expansion in the U.S. market and strengthen presence in Poland in cloud and product-related areas.
As part of a multi-channel approach, several parallel campaigns were carried out: Azure and Power Platform (U.S. and Poland), Revenue Assurance (Poland), and a campaign promoting the Know Me recruitment platform. As a result, we delivered a total of 84 leads, including 6 from the Azure/Power Platform campaign targeting the U.S. market, which led to the signing of the first contract with a U.S.-based company (1K–5K employees) in the medical equipment manufacturing sector just three months into the campaign.
